Each Kohbar piece is born from the patient hands of our artisans and made especially for you. Every thread, hue, and silhouette is chosen with care to bring your story to life. Because our creations are made to order, we do not hold ready inventory — every garment is woven only once your order is placed.

Eligibility for Return

As each piece is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not applicable unless the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been delivered incorrectly.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or embroidery (as these are hallmarks of handcrafted art)
  • Sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements shared by the customer

However, in the rare instance of a manufacturing error, we’ll ensure it’s resolved with care.

How to Request a Return

If you believe your order has a defect, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery.
Send us an email at care@kohbar.in with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos and a short video showing the defect

Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 24–72 hours. If approved, we will arrange a pickup of the item and initiate a refund or replacement once the product is verified at our studio.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved and the product reaches us in its original condition, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
  • The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Please ensure the piece is securely packed to avoid any damage during return transit.
  • Minor irregularities are part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
