Order Processing Time
As each ensemble is made to order, please allow 20 to 30 days for your piece to be handcrafted with care. We believe in art over inventory and stories over speed, ensuring every stitch carries intention and beauty.
Shipping Timelines
Once your creation is complete, we ship it with love from Delhi, India.
Domestic Orders (Within India): Delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivered within 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your country’s customs process. We always choose the fastest and most reliable shipping partners to ensure your story reaches you safely.
Shipping Charges
India: Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
International: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies depending on destination and parcel weight.
All duties and taxes, if applicable in your country, are to be borne by the recipient.
Prepaid Orders Only
To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth process, Kohbar accepts only prepaid orders. We require 100% payment upfront before we begin crafting your piece, as every creation is made uniquely for you.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. From that moment, your creation begins its voyage from our studio to your doorstep.
Delays and Exceptions
Every Kohbar piece is a labor of love. While we always strive to deliver on time, handcrafted art sometimes takes a little longer, especially during festivals or unexpected logistics delays. If your delivery takes longer than expected, rest assured we are working closely with our partners to bring your story home.
